HotSpring HotSpot Relay Review

Posted by Alex Clamp in on 23rd September 2026

Watch our full review of the HotSpring HotSpot Relay, a best-selling six-seater from HotSpring’s entry-level HotSpot Collection, priced at just under £11,000 in the UK.

In this experience-led review, Dave explores the Relay’s clean, understated design, family-friendly proportions and spacious single-lounger layout, before jumping in to put the hydrotherapy through its paces.

With 40 adjustable jets powered by twin 2hp pumps, the Relay delivers powerful, well-balanced hydrotherapy across a range of different massage seats. The full-body lounger provides some of the strongest coverage, working from the neck and back right down through the calves and feet, while the open seating and multi-level depths make it a versatile option for typical families.

For water care, the Relay can be upgraded with HotSpring’s FreshWater® Salt System, designed to reduce overall chemical usage, create softer-feeling water and extend the time between complete drain and refills. Optional HotSpring App connectivity also lets you remotely control temperature, jets, lighting and heating schedules.

Add in impressive CEC-certified energy efficiency, heat pump compatibility, FiberCor® insulation and HotSpring’s long-term parts support, and the Relay packs plenty into its price point.

But with so much competition around £10,000, does it genuinely deliver for the money? Watch the full review to see our no-nonsense WhatSpa? verdict.
