Our WhatSpa-approved showroom is based in Wimborne, Dorset. We are main dealers for the leading American brand Master Spas, best known for their incredible line of Micheal Phelps hot tubs and swim spas.
We are incredibly passionate about customer service and have a consultative approach to finding you your dream hot tub; no pushy tactics, just honest advice to help you navigate the world of hot tubs.
The top of the range models from Master Spas carry the name of gold medal-winning Michael Phelps, who lent his expertise in designing the companys biggest and best offerings, like the LSX900, a huge 8-seater party spa!
If you are not a budding olympian, don't worry as we also have a range of models from the Twilight, Legend and Getaway series of hot tubs. All of these models bring a wealth of hydrotherapy and fun into your life.
All Master Spas products are manufactured in the USA at their Indiana facility and are renowned for their best-in-class energy efficiency and hydrotherapy benefits.
We treat all our customers as if they are for life, so our support does not have an end point. From our initial chats in the showroom, to free site surveys and being on the end of the phone when you need us months down the line, we are here to help.
We are very proud members of the British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association or BISHTA for short, whose remit is to set high standards of enjoyment, safety and value.
