Q. How much does a hot tub cost to buy?
A. At Hot Tubs Rock, their hot tub models typically range from £4,500 to over £20,000, depending on size, features, specification, warranty cover and the quality of the hydrotherapy massage experience.
Q. How much does it cost to run a Sundance Spas or Sunbeach Spas hot tub?
A. Hot tub running costs can vary, but Sundance Spas and Sunbeach Spas are among the most well built and insulated hot tubs in the World. They typically cost between £1 - £2 per day depending on usage, insulation and energy tariffs. If you choose to add an air source heat pump, your heating costs can be further reduced by up to 70%.
Q. Do Hot Tubs Rock offer wet testing at their Lydney showroom?
A. Yes, Hot Tubs Rock has both indoor and outdoor private wet test facilities and can arrange appointment times to suit your availability when you have all the showroom facilities and wet hot tubs available in private when other customers aren’t around.
Q. Do I need planning permission for a hot tub?
A. In the vast majority of cases in the Gloucestershire and the South West region, you don't need planning permission for a hot tub, unless your title deeds have unusual covenants or restrictions, but this is extremely rare.
Q. Will we need a crane to install our new hot tub?
A. It’s very rare that a crane is required to deliver hot tubs for the type of houses in Gloucestershire, as the Hot Tubs Rock in-house installation team has all the necessary gear to bring hot tubs in on their side using sleds or dollies. They always do a pre-delivery site survey so will advise on this well before delivery day. This is all part of their pre-install process, so if there is no suitable access and the last resort of a crane or hiab is required, they can liaise with local crane companies on your behalf to arrange a ‘contract lift’.
Q. Do Hot Tubs Rock offer installation and after-sales support?
A. Yes, the Hot Tubs Rock team pride themselves on their specialist knowledge and technical expertise. They inform us that they would never sell a hot tub without installing and commissioning it, training you how to use it and also giving you ongoing water care advice and support.
