A. Yes, Hot Tubs Rock has both indoor and outdoor private wet test facilities and can arrange appointment times to suit your availability when you have all the showroom facilities and wet hot tubs available in private when other customers aren’t around.

A. It’s very rare that a crane is required  to deliver hot tubs for the type of houses in Gloucestershire, as the Hot Tubs Rock in-house installation team has all the necessary gear to bring hot tubs in on their side using sleds or dollies. They always do a pre-delivery site survey so will advise on this well before delivery day. This is all part of their pre-install process, so if there is no suitable access and the last resort of a crane or hiab is required, they can liaise with local crane companies on your behalf to arrange a ‘contract lift’.

A. Yes, the Hot Tubs Rock team pride themselves on their specialist knowledge and technical expertise. They inform us that they would never sell a hot tub without installing and commissioning it, training you how to use it and also giving you ongoing water care advice and support.
