At H2O Hot Tubs, we help customers across the UK find the right hot tub for their home, garden and lifestyle. We are a family-run business based in Nottingham, with a national installation service and a long-standing focus on quality products, practical advice and proper aftercare.

Our own carefully developed range

Rather than offering a confusing mix of unrelated brands, we focus on a single hot tub range developed with our own manufacturing partner. This allows us to maintain consistency across quality, specification, parts availability, warranty support and aftersales care.

Our hot tub collection includes models from 2 to 7 seats, covering everything from compact spas for couples to larger family and social hot tubs. We also offer swim spas, saunas and ice baths/cold plunge pools, giving customers a wider choice of wellness products for home use.

Customers are welcome to visit our Nottingham hot tub showroom, where they can see a wide range of models in person and speak to our friendly team. For those who are further away, we also offer virtual appointments, as well as advice over the phone.

Whether someone knows exactly what they want or is still working out the best option, we can talk through seating layouts, size, access, delivery, electrics, running costs, water care and anything else they need to consider before buying.

Nationwide delivery and installation

We install hot tubs across the UK, using an experienced team who understand the practical side of getting a spa safely and correctly into position.

A good hot tub experience starts before the water goes in. Access, base preparation, electrical requirements and positioning all matter, so we help customers understand what is needed before installation day. Our aim is to make the process clear, straightforward and properly managed.
