Castle Hot Tubs are a family run business that have been covering South West Wales since 2003. Originally situated in Hayscastle, we have since opened showrooms in Swansea in May 2017 and Bridgend in August 2018. We pride ourselves on the quality of hot tubs we have to offer and the aftercare service that goes alongside that hence our company slogan ‘The Friendly Company’.
When you visit any of our showrooms you will be met by knowledgeable, friendly and polite members of staff. Whether it’s choosing your dream hot tub or you need advice regarding water chemistry, our team will be able to guide you from start to finish. Castle Hot Tubs are BISHTA (British and Irish Hot Tub Association) members. All of our staff are trained and certified in water management so you can be guaranteed expert advice.
We have a wide variety of hot tubs and swim spas to choose from. Our premium hot tubs are made in USA and Canada which come with leading industry warranties and fantastic insulation resulting in lower running costs all year round. We also offer a carefully selected Far East range which are fantastic value for money with high specification.
