My Serenity Outdoors is a family business specialising in hot tubs, saunas and outdoor wellness spaces; helping our clients create relaxing and enjoyable environments at home. With years of experience in the industry we provide expert guidance, quality products and ongoing support to ensure every family we help gets the most from their outdoor spa experience.

Operating within the hot tub and spa sector for many years, we have evolved into My Serenity Outdoors to better reflect our focus on wellbeing, relaxation and outdoor living. While we have made some changes to our name, our commitment to customer service, technical expertise and reliable aftercare remains exactly the same.

We supply a carefully selected range of new and refurbished hot tubs, offering options to suit different budgets and lifestyles.  Our refurbished models are fully inspected, serviced, and tested before installation, providing that high-quality spa experience at a more accessible price point.  We also offer full servicing and maintenance, helping to keep hot tubs running efficiently and safely throughout the year.

In addition to hot tubs, we are expanding our product range to include saunas and cold plunge options, reflecting the growing demand for at-home wellness experiences.  Many people are now looking to create complete outdoor relaxation spaces that support both physical and mental wellbeing something we are passionate about helping them achieve.

We are based in the North West of England and regularly work with customers across Cheshire, Staffordshire and surrounding areas, including Crewe, Northwich, Nantwich, Wilmslow, Sandbach, Stoke-on-Trent, Biddulph, Leek, Macclesfield and Congleton. This allows us to provide installation, servicing and delivery support across the region, offering a convenient and personal service to both local customers and those within a wider travel area.
