The promoter of this prize draw is Deep Blue Leisure Limited (trading as WhatSpa?), company registration number 04592955, registered address: Bridge House, Gainsborough Road, Bawtry, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN10 6HT.
2.1 Entry is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who have ordered either a WhatSpa? or WhatSwimSpa? Magazine within the 12 months immediately preceding the date of survey submission.
2.2 The Promoter may require entrants to provide details (such as order number, email address, or postcode) to verify eligibility against its magazine order database.
2.3 Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Only one entry per person per new survey submission will be accepted.
3.1 To enter, participants must fully complete and submit any one of the published WhatSpa? or WhatSwimSpa? consumer surveys during the relevant entry period.
3.2 By submitting the survey, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2.
3.3 Incomplete, illegible, duplicate or ineligible entries will not be included.
3.4 No purchase is necessary beyond having ordered a WhatSpa? Magazine or WhatSwimSpa? Magazine.
4.1 The prize draw will operate on a quarterly basis.
4.2 The first entry period runs from the launch date in September 2025 until 23:59 on 31 December 2025. The winner for this period will be drawn on or around 15 January 2026.
4.3 Thereafter, entry periods will run as follows:
5.1 Each quarterly winner will receive a £250 voucher valid to spend at any current UK WhatSpa? or WhatSwimSpa? Approved Showroom.
5.2 The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
5.4 The voucher must be used in accordance with any terms set by the individual WhatSpa? or WhatSwimSpa? Approved Showroom at which it is redeemed.
6.1 All valid and eligible entries will be entered into a random draw.
6.2 The draw will be conducted fairly within 14 days following the end of each quarterly entry period, using a randomised method.
7.1 The winner will be notified by the contact details provided in the survey within 14 days of the draw.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
8.1 The Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code).
8.2 Winners may be asked to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw, but this is optional.
9.1 Personal data provided when entering the prize draw will be used for verifying eligibility and for administering the prize draw (including contacting winners).
9.2 All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy and Cookie Policy.
9.3 Unless explicit consent is given, entrants’ data will not be used for further marketing purposes.
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or not successfully completed due to technical faults, network failure, or any other reason beyond its control.
10.2 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make it unavoidable.
These prize draw terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
