Do you offer susbcriptions?
No, your copy of WhatSpa? plus your bonus 40-page Retail Directory will be posted completely free of charge and will only be sent once. This should be enough to help you buy your perfect hot tub. There is nothing for you to pay to us at any point now or in the future.
When will i get my magazine?
To keep our postage costs down we currently use the Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service. Your WhatSpa? magazine will be processed and mailed out the next business day after you request it and it should be with you within 4 or 5 days. You will also get instant access to the online version of WhatSpa? as soon as you've requested your hard copy so you can start your research straight away.
How will this magazine help me in my decisions.

Should i buy hot tub online or in person?
We always advise that you buy locally, ideally from a WhatSpa? Approved showroom-based dealership. Hot tubs are consumer durables and you will need the help and warranty support of your vendor for many years (even decades) into the future. It is much better if your supplier is close to your home so you can easily pop into store for their help, advice and to easily purchase ongoing water care products and accessories.
